Refunds and Return Policy
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Returns are normally processed within a few days; however, expect to receive the refund within 2-3 weeks from shipping your return. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used, plus any applicable sales tax.
Some returns may require additional shipping and handling fees due to contents, size or product/services. These will also be deducted from your total refund amount.
No part(s) may be returned without the Return Authorization obtained by Appliance Parts Center. Authorization does not guarantee credit. All returns must be sent before 30 days following the receipt of item(s). For items cancelled or returned due to reasons other than error on your part, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund and Universal Appliance is not responsible for return postage.
All parts are subject to become discontinued by the manufacturer. We will be unable to accept discontinued parts because will be unable to provide a suitable replacement and cannot return the discontinued part to its manufacturer.
Parts not accepted for refunds or returns
Refunds will not be given for electrical and gas parts that have been used or installed. Electrical parts will be deemed as installed if their wires or harnesses are attached. Electrical parts that have been plugged in will also be deemed as installed. Gas parts will not be accepted if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.
If you received a product that is defective, it can only be exchanged for a new one. Appliance Parts Center will not be responsible for any shipping charges to send the defective product back. Customers will pay for any and all shipping charges, including shipping charges to send the defective part back to Appliance Parts Center, shipping charges to send a replacement part from Appliance Parts Center to the customer, as well as shipping charges from the original purchase.
